Your profile:

  • Well or very well completed training as an office clerk or as an office management assistant for office management
  • Abstract thinking and imagination
  • A high level of comprehension, willingness to perform and self-motivation as well as a creative, structured and responsible working style
  • Interest in the daily contact with people
  • careful, conscientious working methods
  • Good knowledge of spelling and mathematics
  • Interest in business processes
  • Initial experience in office management an advantage
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good knowledge of German and English

Your duties:

  • Coordination and management of internal and customer-related projects
  • Control of the administrative day-to-day business and review of the monthly bookkeeping
  • Takeover of internal and external corporate communications including Acceptance and forwarding of telephone calls and processing of correspondence
  • Support in all personnel-relevant, administrative and organisational questions
  • Execution of market observation analyses
  • Creation of marketing materials
  • Planning, implementation and control of marketing and communication activities
  • Support of the website and SocialMedia channels
