  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Professional experience and knowledge as an office clerk
  • Well-founded IT knowledge
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Confident appearance,
  • Communication skills & pronounced customer orientation
  • High resilience, organizational talent
  • Structured and reliable working method
  • Ability to work in a team and flexibility
  • Very good knowledge of German and English

Your duties:

  • All tasks of the administrative day-to-day business
  • Responsibility for the organisation of the office
  • Preparation of presentations and contributions
  • Acceptance and forwarding of telephone calls
  • Support in the preparation of the monthly bookkeeping, acceptance and forwarding of telephone calls
  • Processing the correspondence that arises
  • Assistance with recruitment
  • File management, copying and scanning work
  • Travel management for employees and management
  • Co-organization of events
  • Parcel acceptance and dispatch
