Please read these Terms of Use and Privacy Notices carefully. As far as on our sides personal data (for example name, address or email addresses) are raised, this always takes place on voluntary basis. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible. The use of published postal addresses, telephone or fax numbers and email addresses for marketing purposes is prohibited, offenders sending unwanted spam messages will be punished. The operators of these pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action against unsolicited mailing or e-mailing of spam and other similar advertising materials.

Personal Data

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We process personal data in accordance with the data protection regulations of the country in which FUPCONS GmbH has its registered office as the body responsible for data processing. In order to ensure comprehensive protection of your personal data, we comply with the relevant statutory provisions of the German Data Protection Act (BDSG), the Telemedia Act (TMG), the Basic Data Protection Ordinance (DS-GVO) and all relevant data protection authorisations.

FUPCONS GmbH is a limited liability company according to. Art.4 Abs.7 EU data protection basic regulation (DS-GVO) responsible in the sense of § 3 Abs. 7 BDSG / Art. 4 Ziff. 7 DS-GVO.

Liability for Contents

The contents of our pages were created with the greatest care. However, we cannot assume any liability for the correctness, completeness and topicality of the contents. As a service provider we are liable according to § 7 Abs.1 TMG is responsible for its own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. According to § 8 to 10 TMG we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the time of knowledge of a concrete violation of the law. As soon as we become aware of such infringements, we will remove these contents immediately.
