Die Angst seinen Arbeitsplatz durch das Einführen von der Automatisierungssoftware „Robotic Process Automation“ (RPA) zu verlieren ist berechtigt, jedoch ist hinzuzufügen, dass dadurch viele neue Arbeitsplätze durch neue Beschäftigungskategorien entstehen.
